The ReformTec team will agree specific 'Work Package' or 'Key Stage Milestones' and ensure that stock profiles and supply logistic tie in to the agreed tolerances and project requirements. Supply of product can be split into key stage events with the core network architecture such as Routers, Switches, UPS and structured cabling components delivered as per the project plan dates with configured desktop, laptop and monitors following on once the phase 1 or pre-network build work has been completed. This removes unwanted storage costs, simplifies IT resource requirements on site and provides a more complete end user service. Post network build activity can also be supported with client specific build of desktops and laptops prebuilt and stored until operational needs call off for use with the end user.
